1.The return process is simple:
- Contact our service department, Explain the reason for the return and get a RMA number and the return shipping address.
- Pack it and take a picture of the package before sending it.
- Send the package and take a photo of the shipping voucher or fee slip.
- Email us two photos with your order ID or RMA Number.
- If it is a refund request, We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the email.
2.The exchange process:
- Contact our service department, Explain the reason for the exchange and get a RMA number and the return shipping address. And then we will determine the resent product and resend fees and generate a resend order for you.
- You pack the returned product and carry out the return process, At the same time, we inspect the products and pack them well.
- You Email us two photos and pay the resend fee, we send the new item out.
- You can tracking it by the new order id and will receive it soon.
